The Golden Triangle Creative District just welcomed a big one. Olive & Finch officially opened its doors with a ribbon cutting alongside Mayor Mike Johnston, adding one of Denver’s most loved culinary brands to the neighborhood. Known for its elevated, chef-driven approach to everyday dining, Olive & Finch brings exactly the kind of all-day energy that complements the district’s creative pulse—fueling mornings, powering midday connections, and giving residents, visitors, and cultural explorers another reason to linger a little longer in the heart of the city. Below: We captured the ribbon cutting on video which you can watch and flip through some candid shots capturing some the smiles from the crowd. In addition we've rounded up a few clips from the recent media buzz.

"Congratulations to one of Denver's favorite local staples, Olive & Finch. They just opened a tenth location in the Golden Triangle, a neighborhood that’s constantly welcoming new businesses and residents.

Small Business Week may be next week, but we celebrate local spots like these every day in Denver. They fuel growth, create jobs and energize our neighborhoods, and we’re grateful for their investment in our city," Mayor Johnston.

Leading this week’s openings are several expansions of home-grown culinary empires, including Olive & Finch, Marczyk Fine Foods, and Chili Shack.

Olive & Finch is celebrating the grand opening of its largest location yet in the Golden Triangle on Saturday, April 25, with a DJ set and live painting by local artists. This is the fifth iteration of Mary Nguyen’s "fine-casual" brand.

The 4,300-square-foot restaurant will be the largest Olive & Finch location.

Founded in 2013, the Olive & Finch Collective currently includes five locations of Olive & Finch — Uptown, Cherry Creek, Denver Union Station, Arts Complex and Golden Triangle. Little Finch, an all-day café, operates on Denver’s 16th Street and at CSU Spur.

“From the space to the menu, our goal was to create the sort of cozy, welcoming neighborhood hangout you’ll want to visit again and again,” Nguyen said. “Our new menu leans into comfort and convenience, making Olive & Finch Golden Triangle the ideal spot for everything from grab-and-go breakfasts and quick lunches to lively happy hours and dinner dates. The vast majority of our entrees are under $20 as we want to ensure that high-quality, scratch-made food is accessible to all.”

"I kept coming back to the same things and it's about Community. Olive & Finch has always been about bringing people together. And, you know, really, it's just like sitting around the table and sharing food and really catching up. And to me, that's Golden Triangle and it already has that vibe with all the art and the culture, so it really just felt like a natural fit."
