Infill and Redevelopment in the Golden Triangle
The Golden Triangle neighborhood is situated in a prime location immediately south of Downtown Denver, and holds the promise to be one of the city's finest urban neighborhoods. The area's proximity to the Denver Art Museum, the Denver Central Library, and several other major arts and cultural institutions, along with the eclectic businesses of South Broadway and the popular recreational trails along the Cherry Creek bikeway, have propelled the area into the spotlight of the City's infill developments.
